"Mayhem City" is an "electronic ballet" divided into a

total of 13 short movements, making 17 minutes of music.

While writing most of this music, I had a comic theatrical performance in mind,

but the story line is not fully detailed (this meaning there isn't a 200-paged score.)

This is the basic plot:

Mayhem City was consecrated in 1939, and with mediocre financial success during

the first thirty years the city managed to grow (this sums up in mvmts 1 and 2,)

but the population didn't grow as in other towns around it.

Because of moral differences between a young boy and his parents, they were

mysteriously wiped out in the middle of the night (late sixties.)

This influenced teens and young adults in the neighbourhood to do the same.

By mid-seventies the population had come to consist of 60 % teenagers - a number

which somehow kept growing as the years went by (mvmts 3 and 4.)

Movement 5 represents seasons changing.

In the mid-eighties the discos in town had to change formats every two weeks

since the trends updated constantly (mvmt 7) - the population now consisted of

85 % teens and 15 % really old people. Near ending the teens had taken over

the town by poisoning the elderly (mvmt 8.) Soon enough there was total chaos;

drugs were legalized by the new mayor, and the discos were constantly full.

The last three movements represent "madness all over town;" Neighbour boy of Tin

shows off his sweet ride to the local girls while everybody party like there wasn't

a tomorrow (which there in a sense wasn't.)

Mvmt 12 is a medley of earlier movements and more (every musical features such an event.)

In the background of mvmt 13 there are people drinking, dancing, snorting and snoring.

This is how the town came to its conclusion.
